We want you to love your Ashbourne piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Angrerettloven) and the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@ashbourne.no with your order number. We will provide a return confirmation and instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All IGI certification documents must be included.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Return

Email hello@ashbourne.no with your order number and reason for return.

We'll send you a return confirmation and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided instructions.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@ashbourne.no. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at your preference. Under Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to claim for defects up to two years after purchase.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
