Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status at any time.

Insurance

All Ashbourne orders are fully insured during transit at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside Norway, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Ashbourne has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
